“But Thanksgiving is more than eating, Chuck. You heard what Linus was saying out there. Those early Pilgrims were thankful for what had happened to them, and we should be thankful, too. We should just be thankful for being together. I think that’s what they mean by ‘Thanksgiving,’ Charlie Brown.” (Marcie, A Charlie Brown Thanksgiving)

Holiday Blood Drive Dec. 16
There will be a Holiday Blood Drive on Sunday, December 16th sponsored by Mrs. Malatlian and her son, Tristan. It will be held at Harvest Bible Chapel (610 Coliseum Drive, Winston-Salem 27106) from 9:30 am to 2:30 pm. Students who are at least 16 years old can choose to donate a pint of blood and save up to three lives! Students under the age of 18 must have the Parental Consent form signed and completed in order to participate. See this link for more information about student donors.
Transportation will be provided for boarders wishing to donate. Families, you are also welcome to drop by and give blood as a “walk-in.” You may also schedule an appointment online here or call 1-800-RED-CROSS. Please feel free to contact Mrs. Malatlian with any questions or concerns.
