Faith Harcus Named National Merit Semifinalist
Greensboro native and four-year Day Student Faith Harcus has been named a National Merit Semifinalist by the 2020 National Merit Scholarship Program. Faith’s selection was based on her score on her PSAT taken her junior year, a score which represents the highest scorers in the country (which is less than 1 percent of all high school graduating seniors). Faith has taken Honors, AP, dual enrollment, and Salem College classes during her four years at the Academy. She plays on the tennis team, is the Key Club secretary, and is a leader in Bible Study. Faith is the daughter of David and Elizabeth Harcus. Congratulations!
