Salem Academy and College and Bookmarks will present a program with four bestselling and award-winning young adult authors on Monday, March 16, at 7:00 pm at the Drama Workshop in Elberson Fine Arts Center. This program is free and open to the public.

In February 2015, members of the Salem Academy Chorus, Glee Club, and Spirit ensembles traveled to Walt Disney World Resort in Lake Buena Vista, FL, to participate in the Disney Sings program.

Salem Academy and College, the oldest continuously operating women’s educational institution in the nation, has launched the Women of Purpose campaign to support Salem students in their journey to become confident, capable, and principled women of purpose.

A $500,000 grant from the John and Anna Hanes Foundation is enabling Salem Academy to begin renovating its dormitories where more than 100 boarding students live. Salem Academy, a college preparatory boarding and day school for young women was founded in 1772.
