Salem Academy announced the 2013 winners of the school Citizenship Honor. The Citizenship Honor is bestowed upon those girls whom fellow students feel have lived up to all the characteristics of a good citizen in the Salem community. This year’s honorees are:

Ajoa Addae was named the 2013 Salem Academy Sisters Merit Scholarship winner. A resident of Frisco, TX, Addae is the daughter of Erasmus and Adelaide Addae.

More than 30 Salem Academy athletes were recognized by the Triad Athletic Conference with Academic All-Conference honors. Honorees must have participated in at least two sports while maintaining a 3.5 grade point average. This year’s honorees are:

Salem Academy sophomore Anqi Duan recently won the National Society of Professional Surveyors (NSPS) TrigStar award for North Carolina.Duan competed in the state NSPS math contest, winning first place and the TrigStar honor.
