Salem Academy junior Catherine Ward was selected to attend Governor’s School of North Carolina this summer.

The group worked with the Center of Student Missions, a group that provides short-term urban mission trips in cities in the United States.

Student teams from Salem Academy recently competed in the qualifying rounds of the North Carolina State Mathematics Contest.

Salem Academy students will get the opportunity to learn about culture, conservation and more during the January Term 2014 trip to Costa Rica.
