Students from seven countries—the Bahamas, China, Germany, Ghana, South Korea, Thailand and Turkey—gave presentations that included traditional clothing, traditional dance and even lessons on their native languages.

Salem Academy will present William Shakespeare’s classic tragedy “Macbeth” on May 2-5 in the Drama Workshop of Elberson Fine Arts Center. Shows are at 7:30 p.m. on May 2-4 and 2 p.m. on May 5. Admission is free and open to the public.
