The Biology Lab Coordinator teaches Biology labs as directed, prepares, and organizes materials and equipment for Biology labs; dismantles and cleans up lab materials; orders, grows, collects, maintains inventory, and maintains records of supplies, equipment, cultures and specimens; assists in annual budget planning and tracking for the labs; and performs related duties as assigned.
This position directly supervises Human Resources and provides over site of employment law compliance, Title IX and Clery compliance and other related duties particularly those involving institution-wide risk management.
A part time, 10 to 15 hours per week, 10-month position, this position supports student tutoring by recruiting and coordinating student tutors. The Quest Center Director would facilitate providing tutoring support for Academy and College students in math, biology, chemistry, physics, economics, accounting and psychology.
This role organizes office activities and coordinates flow of communications and information for the main departments, provides support by planning, organizing, supervising and participating in the school office administrative operation.
The Associate Director of Admissions for Alumnae Volunteer Management will work as a part of Salem’s Admissions team, reporting to the Director of Admissions. This position oversees the planning and execution of the Office of Admissions strategic outreach using Alumnae Volunteers.
The Vice President for Marketing and Communications will work as a part of Salem’s executive team, reporting directly to the President. The experienced and passionate leader in this role will oversee the strategic design, development and flawless execution of a comprehensive integrated communications and marketing plan in support of Salem Academy and College.
The Area Coordinator will be responsible for creating a sense of community within the Academy and College residence halls and among the campus community by valuing, supporting, challenging, and empowering students to grow.
The Associate Director of Admission for Adult, Transfer and Graduate Programs oversees the planning and execution of the Office of Admissions strategic outreach for these important populations. This position will develop, implement, and evaluate Customer Relationship Management (CRM) communication plans in support of Salem’s new first year adult and transfer student recruitment efforts.
The Business Office Associate reports to the Controller and is responsible for serving as cashier and accounts receivable responsibilities.
The Development Officer for Health Leadership at Salem Academy & College (“Salem”) will manage a substantial prospect portfolio of individual donors, corporations, and foundations whose gifts and grants will directly impact the development of Salem’s distinctive curricular and co-curricular focus in Health Leadership.
