Responsible for maintaining the integrity of and managing and manipulating the resources within the Raiser’s Edge Database, including database management, prospect research, reporting and training.
Innovative, creative teacher with extensive content knowledge in all levels of high school Spanish courses who is excited to share their passion with young people.
Live in and supervise the dormitories, responsible for the care and well-being of residential students and for providing a safe, secure, nurturing and structured dormitory experience for all residential students.

Direct a new online Master of Health Administration program and lead the development of future curricula for both undergraduate and graduate divisions.
Responsible for providing oversight of the undergraduate academic programs that support Salem College’s adult, part-time, and transfer students, with primary emphases on student recruitment, onboarding, advising, and retention.
Responsible for the safe transport of passengers and are expected to be friendly, helpful, professional at all times, and assist passengers as needed.
Responsible for all security activities involving campus patrol, requests for service, opening/closing of facilities, responding to emergency calls, parking requests, and monitoring.

Lead Custodian commonly providing routine cleaning, project cleaning, setups for functions, and any other duties assigned. Custodians must be physically fit to perform tasks appropriately.
Works closely with the Director of Student Life and Director of Student Activities at the Academy and College to ensure Academy Residential students are fully integrated and included in the programming facilitated by all student affairs staff.
Plans, designs, and executes an engaging roster of on and off-campus activities and educational programming for residential students in conjunction with the support of student leaders, residential life staff, and student activities staff. Additionally, they serve as “live-in” peer educators, administrators, resource persons, and counselors.

The Database Administrator is responsible for managing some database and enterprise applications and systems on campus.
Responsible for maintaining the buildings and related equipment, employee training, assigning work for routine maintenance, project work, and setups for special functions in a timely, efficient, and professional manner.
The Director of Annual Giving is responsible for the overall operation of the Annual Fund program, which provides unrestricted operating support for the Academy and College.
Promote Salem Academy and College to prospective students and organizations.
The Director of Major Gifts – Health Leadership will manage a substantial prospect portfolio of individual donors, corporations, and foundations whose gifts and grants will directly impact the development of Salem’s distinctive curricular and co-curricular focus in Health Leadership
This position manages the records and data for educator preparation programs, manages admissions processes for graduate and professional Studies, assists with federal, state, and institutional reporting, and supports daily operations for educator preparation, graduate, and professional studies programs.
