Create a sense of community within the Academy and College residence halls and amongst the campus community by valuing, supporting, challenging and empowering students to grow.

Live in and supervise the dormitories, responsible for the care and well-being of residential students and for providing a safe, secure, nurturing and structured dormitory experience for all residential students.

Direct a new online Master of Health Administration program and lead the development of future curricula for both undergraduate and graduate divisions.
Responsible for providing oversight of the undergraduate academic programs that support Salem College’s adult, part-time, and transfer students, with primary emphases on student recruitment, onboarding, advising, and retention.
Works closely with the Director of Student Life and Director of Student Activities at the Academy and College to ensure Academy Residential students are fully integrated and included in the programming facilitated by all student affairs staff.
Promote Salem Academy and College to prospective students and organizations.
This position manages the records and data for educator preparation programs, manages admissions processes for graduate and professional Studies, assists with federal, state, and institutional reporting, and supports daily operations for educator preparation, graduate, and professional studies programs.
