Life on Salem’s Campus

“My favorite thing about Salem Academy is the community. When I came here I didn’t know anyone and now I’m so close to my schoolmates. Hands down, the Salem community is the best I’ve ever experienced.

Jeanine Ikekhua A’20

Like Jeanine, Salem students repeatedly cite Salem’s community as one of its best traits.

“It’s my home away from home.”
“We really take care of each other.”
“I feel like I’m living with sisters, not classmates.”
“These are the deepest friendships I’ve ever had.”
“We can be ourselves and there’s no judgment.”

You’ll Fit Right In

Whether you’re e a day or boarding student, you’ll easily find your place here.  Plus, you’ll enjoy the best of both worlds: Day students spend weekends with friends in the dorms, and boarding students are invited for dinner and overnights at day students’ homes.
